Activities such as kayaking, stand-up paddleboarding and fitness (including table tennis tables) are free for all guests on a first-come, first-serve basis. Life jackets are provided however not mandatory. Please note that guests are responsible for damages inflicted on resort equipment.

For guest's convenience, two types of complimentary shuttle services are provided: A scheduled thrice-daily shuttle bus service to White Sand Beach, and an on-request shuttle to Klong Son village between 8am until 8pm, where a mini-supermarket, local market and a few restaurants are located. Guests wishing to go to other parts of the island can take the hotel minivan and will be charged according to the destination.

Guests can also book excursions such as snorkelling trips, jungle trekking and inter-island boat services at the concierge desk located in the lobby. On-site rental motorbikes are also available through a third-party rental service. Information about tourist attractions on the island can also be found at the concierge desk and our staff will be happy to assist you in planning trips to destinations on the island.

The resort is a 5-minute drive from the main ferry pier and its central location makes it an ideal starting point for excursions to explore both sides of Koh Chang.

Good
The staff upgraded our room to a bungalow which was a nice gesture. They were really nice and helpfull. The garden is nice and pool is big.
The hotel is old and needs to be renovated. Doesn't look as in the pictures. Location is not the best but you can rent a scooter easily from the hotel. Breakfast wasn't good, needs to be more western options. After all this should be a 4 star hotel but I'd say 3.

Nice quiet secluded area, great for some rest
Nice secluded area, perfect to disconnect and find some rest. Good food at the restaurant. Decent breakfast. Free use of kayak and paddle boards. Friendly staff. A very talkative guest relations manager who makes sure you’ve got everything you need.
It’s clearly lacking maintenance and the last maintenance was not well done (Wrong application/ wrong use of materials, for example the paint). The area map includes a forest or bird watching trail but it hasn’t been maintained for a long time and is inaccessible. The recreation area has facilities for a bar, but it’s not operating. Overall the price is just a bit on the high side taking in account the lack of maintenance and the food is also quite pricey, but I guess you pay a bit more because you’d need to take a van or motorbike to eat outside.

Good
Great breakfast and loved the peacocks. Room cleaned everyday and comfortable bed.
The restaurant was very expensive and the staff there miserable and sad. Th location is off the beaten track, so not much to do.

Wonderful
Very friendly staff, they showed us around, made every wish become true (also vegan breakfast was possible). They also have a free shuttle to near beaches. And on their own beach they have free SUP and kayaks!
The AC was a little loud (even on low mode) and the pool could be a little cleaner, however you get a lot for your money!!
